Rearchitect video driver:
- Define two video I/F(struct imgsensor_ops_s and struct imgdata_ops_s),
and support them.
- CISIF driver supports new video I/F struct imgdata_ops_s.
- ISX012 driver supports new video I/F struct imgsensor_ops_s.
- Move ISX012 driver to general driver directory.
Summary:
- I noticed that spresense:rndis_smp and spresense:wifi_smp
do not boot due to the recent change in nx_start.c
- As the result of the discussion, I understand that we have to
add CONFIG_BOARD_LATE_INITIALIZE=y for SMP
Impact:
- spresense only

When CONFIG_BOARD_RESET_ON_ASSERT is enabled, board_reset() may be
called on interrupt context. This commit changes to be able to call the
function on interrupt context.
Summary:
- This commit adds CPU activity LEDs feature to spresense
Impact:
- CONFIG_ARCH_LEDS_CPU_ACTIVITY=y only

Summary
The naming standard at https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/NUTTX/Naming+FAQ requires that all MCU-private files begin with the name of the architecture, not up_.
This PR addresses only these name changes for the up_*.h files. There are only three, but almost 1680 files that include them:
up_arch.h
up_internal.h
up_vfork.h
The only change to the files is from including up_arch.h to arm_arch.h (for example).
The entire job required to be compatible with that Naming Convention will also require changing the naming of the up_() functions that are used only within arch/arm and board/arm.
Impact
There should be not impact of this change (other that one step toward more consistent naming).

Adds an initial Nuttx audio driver supporting the Spresense CXD56.
Being a work in progress the driver has a number of limitations:
- Audio playback only, no recording yet.
- Only 16 bit stereo playback is supported.
- In practice only 48kHz playback is supported due to missing SRC.
This reverts commit b9ace36fcc7ccb55d1541231be07689d557628f4.
This change was added by PR 625 but has a serious logic flaw. It removes all occurrences of INCDIROPT and replaces it with a definition in tools/Config.mk:

This logic flaw is the Config.mk is included in all Make.defs files BEFORE WINTOOL is defined. As a result, the definition is wrong in many places when building under Cygwin with a Windows native toolchain.

fs: smartfs: Fix over capacity write
When the remaining capacity of flash is one sector, if a new root
directory is created by file open, then the root directory's chain is
broken and it causes to SmartFS filesystem crash. Once this fatal
problem occurs, it's impossible to recover even if the system reboot.
Fix it by finally update link of root directory.
