arch: arm: cxd56xx: add Package Configuration
The CXD56xx can come in FCBGA 185 pin or WLCSP 100 pin package.
For each package we have to pick the right pin setup.
The default configuration is set to FCBGA 185 pin package

stm32f7:i2c track bad state
The previous commit was true draconian.
Now we track bad state and so the SW
reset only when it occurs.
