net: modify find device logic
...
The priorities for finding a network adapter are as follows:
1. if laddr is not ANY, use laddr to find device;
2. if laddr is ANY, and bound index is not 0, use bound index
to find device;
3. if laddr is ANY and no device is bound, use raddr to find
device.

net/l2/l3/l4: add support of iob offload
...
1. Add new config CONFIG_NET_LL_GUARDSIZE to isolation of l2 stack,
which will benefit l3(IP) layer for multi-MAC(l2) implementation,
especially in some NICs such as celluler net driver.
new configuration options: CONFIG_NET_LL_GUARDSIZE
CONFIG_NET_LL_GUARDSIZE will reserved l2 buffer header size of
network buffer to isolate the L2/L3 (MAC/IP) data on network layer,
which will be beneficial to L3 network layer protocol transparent
transmission and forwarding
------------------------------------------------------------
Layout of frist iob entry:
iob_data (aligned by CONFIG_IOB_ALIGNMENT)
|
| io_offset(CONFIG_NET_LL_GUARDSIZE)
| |
-------------------------------------------------
iob | Reserved | io_len |
-------------------------------------------------
-------------------------------------------------------------
Layout of different NICs implementation:

Ethernet | Reserved | ETH_HDRLEN | io_len |

8021Q | Reserved | ETH_8021Q_HDRLEN | io_len |
---------------------------------|---------------
ipforward | Reserved | io_len |

--------------------------------------------------------------------
2. Support iob offload to l2 driver to avoid unnecessary memory copy
Support send/receive iob vectors directly between the NICs and l3/l4
stack to avoid unnecessary memory copies, especially on hardware that
supports Scatter/gather, which can greatly improve performance.
new interface to support iob offload:

net/utils: net_lock() and net_restorelock() not return a value. That values is the standard zero on success; negated errno value on failure. This return value is only needed for -ECANCELED. That cancellation indication needs to ripple all the way back to the highest levels where the cancellation can be acted on. This commit only adds the return value; it does not add checking for the return values of net_lock() and net_restorelock() at higher levels. That is required too.

net/mld: Checksum calculation needs to know the full size of the IPv6 header, including the size of the extension headers. Wireshark now reports the the outgoing Report has a good checksum.

net/tcp: Fix a deadlock condition that can occur when (1) all network logic runs on a single work queue, (1) TCP write buffering is enabled, and (2) we run out of IOBs. In this case, the TCP write buffering logic was blocking on iob_alloc() with the network locked. Since the network was locked, the device driver polls that would provide take the write buffer data and release the IOBs could not execute. This fixes the problem by unlocking the network lock while waiting for the IOBs.

This change adds support for semi-standard IPPROTO_ICMP AF_INET datagram sockets. This replaces the old ad hoc, nonstandard way of implementing ping with a more standard, socket interface.

net/icmp: Finishes off icmp_recvfrom().
net/icmp: Add readahead support for IPPROTO_ICMP sockets.
net/icmp: Add poll() support for IPPROTO_ICMP sockets.
net/icmp: Add a connection structure for IPPROTO_ICMP sockets.
net/icmp: Implements sendto for the IPPROTO_ICMP socket.
net/icmp: Move icmp_sendto() and icmp_recvfrom() to separate files. They are likely to be complex (when they are implemented).
net/icmp: Hook IPPROTO_ICMP sockets into network. Fix some naming collisions. Still missing basic ICMP send/receive logic.
configs: apps/system/ping current need poll() enabled.
configs: All defconfig files that use to enable low-level support must now enabled CONFIG_SYSTEM_PING.
net/icmp: Adds basic build framework to support IPPROTO_ICMP sockets.

Networking: The network device list was protected by a re-entrant semaphore. With the recent change to support network device callback, the network stack needs to access the network device list too. Some drivers, however, run the network stack from the interrupt level -- this is bad but a fact in the current state. Of course,those drivers are unable to take the semaphore and will assert.
...
The solution here is to eliminate the device devices semaphore altogether. This eliminates netdev_semtake() and netdev_semgive() and replaces them with net_lock() and net_unlock() which have larger scope as needed for this purpose.

Networking: setsockopt() fails when setting timeouts to values less that an 100 msec. That is because the timeout is limited to stops of 1 decisecond and because the conversion of structure timeval was truncating the microsecond remainder. The utility net_timeval2dsec now accespts and option to determin how it handles the remainder: truncate, discarding the remainder, use the remainder to round to the closed decisecond value, or use any non-zero remainder to the next larger whole decisecond value.
...
For the setsockopt() case, it will always use the final option. This means that a time of zero (i.e., not timeout) can only occur if the value zero was explicated provided to setsockopt().
