49deb059d4 Change CONFIG_MSEC_PER_TICK to CONFIG_USEC_PER_TICK. 2dbaed4779 The alternate console device CONFIG_NSH_CONDEV must not be defined unconditionally. This causes errors when using Telnet sessions.
