Implement si_send/sendto/recvfrom with si_sendmsg/recvmsg, instead of
the other way round.

- The code was added in Mar 2018 to stabilize the SMP kernel
- I confirmed that the code is no longer needed now.

- Tested with nxplayer and stress test with spresense:wifi_smp
