d7f02a8cb6 sched: change pthread_mutex implementation from sem to mutex

572daf46c2 irq: add isr thread
purpose:
To improve the real-time performance of the system, we prefer to perform
as few operations as possible within the interrupt function.
We have designed an interrupt thread for each interrupt,
where all the operations that are not necessary to be handled
in the interrupt function are delegated to be processed by the interrupt thread.
Up_enable_irq will be invoked after isrthread started.

Configuring NuttX and compile:
$ ./tools/configure.sh -l qemu-armv8a:nsh_smp
$ make
Running with qemu
$ qemu-system-aarch64 -cpu cortex-a53 -smp 4 -nographic \
   -machine virt,virtualization=on,gic-version=3 \
   -net none -chardev stdio,id=con,mux=on -serial chardev:con \

f44a31c337 procfs: add memory pressure notification support
This is a memory monitoring interface implemented with reference to Linux's PSI (Pressure Stall Information),
which can send notifications when the system's remaining memory is below the threshold.

The following example code sets two different thresholds.
When the system memory is below 10MB, a notification is triggered.
When the system memory is below 20 MB, a notification (POLLPRI event) is triggered every 1s.

```
int main(int argc, FAR char *argv[])
{
  struct pollfd fds[2];
  int ret;
  if (argc == 2)
    {
      char *ptr = malloc(1024*1024*atoi(argv[1]));
      printf("Allocating %d MB\n", atoi(argv[1]));
      ptr[0] = 0;
      return 0;
    }
  fds[0].fd = open("/proc/pressure/memory", O_RDWR);
  fds[1].fd = open("/proc/pressure/memory", O_RDWR);
  fds[0].events = POLLPRI;
  fds[1].events = POLLPRI;
  dprintf(fds[0].fd, "%llu -1", 1024LLU*1024 * 10);
  dprintf(fds[1].fd, "%llu 1000000", 1024LLU*1024 * 20);
  while (1)
    {
      ret = poll(fds, 2, -1);
      if (ret > 0)
        {
          printf("Memory pressure: POLLPRI, %d\n", ret);
        }
    }
  return 0;
}
```

a1ccf15e39 idr:Tool for associating discrete ids with addresses
This is a tool for associating discrete IDs with addresses.
This tool is implemented through the red-black tree method provided by <sys/tree.h>, and the time complexity when calling, searching, and deleting is optimized to O(logn)
The implementation is the moving node operation of two red-black trees
1. When applying for a node, it will first check whether there is an available node in the "removed" tree. If so, the memory address of the node will be reused and moved to the "alloced" tree.
2. If the "removed" tree is an "empty tree", then the node will be requested from the memory and added to the "alloced" tree
3. Similarly, when removing a node, we set the address pointed to in the node to "NULL" and move it to the "removed" tree. Next time we alloc the node, we can reduce the overhead caused by memory application
For now, we still have something that can be optimized, and that is the memory elimination mechanism of the "removed tree". The current implementation will only release all the content under the "removed" tree when the idtree is destroyed.

e16ee4dba3 can: enhance bit timing ioctl to set both nominal and data bit timing
This adds field type to canioc_bittiming_s structure that allows
to set/obtain bit timing for both CAN CC and CAN FD.
CANIOC_GET_BITTIMING is now bidirectional: user specifies type field
and gets other fields from the controller.

The commit also updates current CAN FD capable controllers using the
ioctl. The type is not checked for classical CAN only controllers
and nominal bit timing is returned regardless of type value.

This commit moves can_bytes2dlc and can_dlc2bytes from kernel internal
functions to API. These functions are necessary to convert bytes to
dlc for CAN FD frames and has to be accessible from the application
since can_hdr_s does not store message length in bytes but directly in
dlc.

portable across uint32_t and uint64_t timers, and works if CONFIG_SYSTEM_TIME64 is
defined.

only when first time change state can hold WFI for enough time thresh,
allow second time goto target state,
suitable for the case when wakeup from sleep too slow, etc.
