Add configuration and driver support for the SSD1681 1.54 inch e-paper display,
including the necessary waveforms and settings for proper operation. This extends
the existing SSD1680 e-paper driver to accommodate the new display module.
The changes involve updates to the Kconfig file for additional configuration options,
modifications to the driver implementation in ssd1680.c to include SSD1681 specific
logic, and updates to the header file ssd1680.h to reflect the added support.

When setting the sample rate (`es8311_setsamplerate`) and the bits
per sample (`es8311_setbitspersample`), check their return value in

the default values.
Check if only one driver is used as console to avoid a non-working console

This adds DRIVERS_VIRTIO_SERIAL_CONSOLE config and related logic to

due to its dependency on OS services, this console is available late
so it is not proper for debugging too early booting issues.

This driver implements `read`, `write`, `open`, `close` and `ioctl`
interfaces to the SHT4X temperature and humidity sensor on an I2C bus.
The read implementation is that of a character driver for easy
debugging, while `ioctl` provides an interface to the sensor's raw data
collection and heating functionality.

dlc for CAN FD frames and has to be accessible from the application
since can_hdr_s does not store message length in bytes but directly in
dlc.

When initialising the SJA1000 peripheral on some implementations
(SJA1000_FDTOL), "releasing" the buffer when the Rx buffer is empty
causes a buffer pointer misalignment.
On peripheral initialise, remove the flag to "release" the buffer.
This should be safe for all systems using the SJA1000 CAN controller
as a "reset" to the peripheral clears the Rx FIFO.

- Platform-specific settings abstracted away to be provided by board

- Support for multiple instances of SJA1000 driver.

The lower-half implementation of the RMT character driver based on
Espressif HAL enables using the RMT peripheral of ESP32, ESP32-S2
and ESP32-S3 as a common xtensa-based Espressif driver.
The RMT packages on Espressif SoCs are 4-byte long and are known as
"items". Please check the Techinal Reference Manual of the chip to
obtain more details.
Although the LED might be RGB-only, the LED data is packed in a
32-bit long variable and, then, this is the default size of a LED
pixel to define the 'WS2812_RW_PIXEL_SIZE' macro. Please note that
the lower-half driver will deal with the case of the addressable
LED being 3 or 4-pixel sized.
The RMT (Remote Control) character driver allows to use the RMT
peripheral (usually, a one-wire peripheral dedicated to driving
IR remote control) as a character driver.
Please note that this perpiheral depends on the lower-half specific
driver implementation.

The `xxx_ipv6multicast` function in each driver is not adapted to

1. Add MAC `g_ipv6_ethallnodes` and `g_ipv6_ethallrouters` in

2. Add multicast MAC for Neighbor Solicitation when adding any IPv6
address, and remove them when IPv6 address is removed
3. Select `NET_MCASTGROUP` when `NET_ICMPv6` because now we need
`d_addmac` when we have ICMPv6
Note:
We want modules outside net stack to call functions like
`netdev_ipv6_add` and never touch the related MAC address, so these MAC
functions are added as internal functions to `net/netdev/netdev.h`

place to check the packet length, otherwise a packet larger than MTU
may be sent to the net driver.
In case of similar problem happens somewhere else, this commit also
adds a check in `netdev_upperhalf`, and count these cases into
`NETDEV_TXERRORS`.

Busy waiting in w25qxxxjv_erase_sector() was without nxsig_usleep and
was causing the entire system to freeze for significant amount of time
as sector erase takes some time.
This commit adds nxsig_usleep into busy waiting to prevent system lock.
Sleep is set to sector erase time based on W25Q series datasheet.

we can use uart to debug nuttx, like debugger:
1. read/write memory
2. Use watchpoint,breakpoint,single step.
use up_debugpoint api
3. Ctrl+c to stop, continue, or single step.
hold uart send and receive
4. register a panic event, when crash or assert/panic, we use uart to
debug.

Add registration function instrumentation API,
which can achieve instrumentation of entering and
exiting functions through the compiler's functionality.
We can use CONFIG_ARCH_INSTRUMENT_ALL to add instrumentation for all
source, or add '-finstrument-functions' to CFLAGS for Part of the
source.
Notice:
1. use CONFIG_ARCH_INSTRUMENT_ALL must mark _start or entry noinstrument_function,
becuase bss not set.
2. Make sure your callbacks are not instrumented recursively.
use instrument_register to register entry function and exit function.
They will be called by the instrumented function

Previously CONFIG_USBDEV_SOFINTERRUPT existed in many platform
drivers but did nothing. This commit adds a callback function
usbdev_sof_irq() that can be used to take action on this interrupt.
To avoid losing the first frame, the set_buf needs to excute first. At the same time, imgdata->start_capture should excuted before the imgsensor->start_capture.

The driver's main purpose is to support the porting of the open source
component optee_client (https://github.com/OP-TEE/optee_client) to nttux.
The basic function of the driver module is to convert the REE application layer data and send it to the TEE through rpmsg.
The main functions include
1 driver registration.
we need to register a device driver(/dev/tee0) through optee_register function.
2 open the driver
3 ioctl the driver
The ioctl command passes different parameters and commands, and interacts with the TEE through rpmsg.
4 close the driver
