100bc34307 Revise recent changes to serial driver error handling: Errors other than EINTR may be returned when the driver is used very early in initialization. STM32 SPI driver will now survive repeated initializations

b7a1b00c08 drivers/serial/serial.c open, read, write, and poll methods will not return a short transfer or an EINTR error if a signal is received while waiting (only)

58864cc6e9 Baud definitions (B9600 for example) are again encoded; Now supports the BOTHER settings which allows specifying the baud via c_ispeed and c_ospeed termios fields
