In order to support multiple LCD instances per board, add a pointer from
lcd_planeinfo_s to the lcd_dev_s which it belongs to. Also enhance the
putrun, getrun, putarea and getarea methods to pass through the
lcd_dev_s pointer to the respective device driver.
Port all LCD device drivers to this lcd_planeinfo_s extension.
Enhance SSD1306 driver to support multiple LCDs.

Selecting this option will pass "-Map=$(TOPDIR)$(DELIM)nuttx.map" to ld
when linking NuttX ELF. That file can be useful for verifying
and debugging magic section games, and for seeing which
pieces of code get eliminated with DEBUG_OPT_UNUSED_SECTIONS.

arm/armv7-[a|r]: move fpu save/restore to assembly handler
Save/Restore FPU registers in C environment is dangerous practive,
which cannot guarantee the compiler won't generate the assembly code
with float point registers, especially in interrupt handling

Add MCUboot Update Agent and Slot Confirm configurations. It uses
ethernet with dhcp client to perform download of new image into
internal flash memory.

This introduce common folder structre and rework scripts & tools
files. The linker scripts were reorganized to use best the current
infrastructure which uses a template to create a final samv7.ld
file based in the current SoC memories and bootloader definitions.

Current samv7 platform does not define SoC memories sizes. This define
both internal flash and sram memories sizes and update all defconfig
files.

Set default console port to USART1. This allows easy access to serial
console by embedded debug CDC-ACM driver.
The README is updated with correct information about PB04 use once
samv71-xult can only be debugged using SWD mode. This means that it is
safe use CDC-ACM as default serial console.

Because:
* It's very confusing to have cc as LD.
* I don't see what "-nostartfiles -nodefaultlibs" in LDFLAGS are
supposed to do when we use LD directly. It would be simpler to
remove them from our LDFLAGS.
