sched: Identify the stack need to free by TCB_FLAG_FREE_STACK
...
instead calling kmm_heapmember or umm_heapmember because:
1.The stack supplied by caller may allocate from heap too
2.It's hard to implement these two function in ASan case

sched_xfree() => kxmm_free()
remove garbage related APIs
remove ARCH_HAVE_GARBAGE
Cause garbage feature move to mm_heap, then don't need
garbage anymore.

pthreads: Add support static pthread stack. Add standard pthread_attr_setstack() and pthread_attr_getstack(). In all cases where the stack is released, add check to see which allocator must be used to free the stack: The user or the kernel allocator.
