5475d02446 Move list of open message queues to task group. Now message queues opened by members of the group will be closed when the last member of the group exits.

fc8136d5d3 Don't keep the parent task's task ID in the child task's TCB. Instead, keep the parent task group IN the child task's task group.

fff30844b5 Fix several compiler errors that occur when CONFIG_SCHED_ONEXIT is enabled; on_exit is now used in NxWM::NxConsole to close the window with the NSH session exits
