74ce3b81d3 build/Kconfig: add BINDIR/APPSBINDIR to support out of tree build
First decoupling changes related to CMAKE

BINDIR/APPSBINDIR:
Output path of Kconfig which dynamically generated by NuttX Kernel/Apps
This option is consistent with the TOPDIR/APPSDIR by default, and will

41c95da594 register_driver: fix driver modes accross the code
State of problem:
 - Some drivers that do not support write operations (does not
   have write handler or ioctl do not perform any write actions)
   are registered with write permissions
 - Some drivers that do not support read operation (does not
   have read handler or ioctl do not perform any read actions)
   are registered with read permissions
 - Some drivers are registered with execute permissions

Solution:
 - Iterate code where register_driver() is used and change 'mode'
   parameter to reflect the actual read/write operations executed
   by a driver
 - Remove execute permissions from 'mode' parameter

5c0e8e88b1 Revert "Makefile: move INCDIROPT to common place (#625)"
This reverts commit b9ace36fcc.

This change was added by PR 625 but has a serious logic flaw. It removes all occurrences of INCDIROPT and replaces it with a definition in tools/Config.mk:

    else ifeq ($(WINTOOL),y)
      DEFINE = "$(TOPDIR)/tools/define.sh"
      INCDIR = "$(TOPDIR)/tools/incdir.sh" -w

This logic flaw is the Config.mk is included in all Make.defs files BEFORE WINTOOL is defined. As a result, the definition is wrong in many places when building under Cygwin with a Windows native toolchain.

94a73a8736 cxd56: add configuration for SPECIFIC_DRIVERS
The SPECIFIC_DRIVERS configuration was removed from the drivers Kconfig and
the build will ignore the specific drivers.
This patch enables the config locally for the CXD56 board

34f274f9c0 cxd56: move ISX012 camera sensor driver
This sensor driver needs rework to match the needed layout for standar NuttX driver.
In the meantime it is moved to board specific sensors to fix the violation.

5c80b94820 Replace #include <semaphore.h> to #include <nuttx/semaphore.h>
Since the kernel side should call nxsem_xxx instead and remove the unused inclusion
