drivers: mtd: smart: Add smartfs fsck feature
Support fsck to check and repair the smartfs file system. If the power
loss occurs during writing into the flash, the dead space are created
in flash after the next power cycle. To avoid this problem, introduce
fsck and keep the consistency of file system in initializing smartfs.

drivers: mtd: smart: Fix duplicate sector selection in SmartFS
Add care for 16-bit sequence without CRC.
drivers: mtd: smart: Check CRC of duplicate sectors
In the illegal case by power-loss, when the multiple logical sectors are
duplicated, we compare the sequence number of each sector and select the newer
sector. Just in case, add CRC check for the newer sector. If the newer sector
has CRC error, then we use the older sector.
drivers: mtd: smart: SPI-Flash recovery from the initial error state
The FLASH may be not erased in the initial delivery state.
Just in case for the recovery of this fatal situation,
after once erasing the sector, return the sector as a free sector.
drivers: mtd: smart: Fix error handling in smartfs mtd driver
Add error handling in relocate sector.
drivers: mtd: smart: Fix initialize sector sequence value in smartfs
Fix initialization of sequence value into sector header and also avoid
unaligned memory access when CONFIG_MTD_SMART_ENABLE_CRC=n.
drivers: mtd: smart: Fix handling of duplicate sector in smartfs
In smartfs scan, if duplicate logical sector is found on the device,
then smartfs selects the winner sector by comparing sequence number,
and the loser sector is soon released. Fix a bug this loser sector
is registered into logical-to-physical sector mapping table.

Add Quectel EC20 4G LTE Module USB CDC/ACM support
This function fails to compile due to numerous undeclared register definitions used in cxd56_audio_bca_reg.c. This commit replaces the undefined definitions with very similar definitions recommended by GCC (differing only in some spelling).
However, I cannot be certain that this is correct. This must be reviewed, corrected, and verified by Alin Jerpelea. Please do not merge until Alin approves.
The configuration that demonstrates the failure is spresense:audio.

In previous commit, mstatus.mie was set when creating a new task
but this change was incorrect and had a side effect such that
a machine interrupt would be enabled just before returning from
interrupt handling routine to switch context.
Also, mstatus.mpp is set to machine mode in up_get_newintctx()
instead of fe310_dispatch_irq().

fs: smartfs: Fix over capacity write
When the remaining capacity of flash is one sector, if a new root
directory is created by file open, then the root directory's chain is
broken and it causes to SmartFS filesystem crash. Once this fatal
problem occurs, it's impossible to recover even if the system reboot.
Fix it by finally update link of root directory.

boards/arm/lpc43xx/bambino-200e/src/lpc43_appinit.c: Eliminate a warning found in build testing.
The removal of (void) from all functions whose return value has been ignored has introduced several new warnings into the build test output. For example in lpc3_appinit(), I now see this:
# define nsh_spifi_initialize() (OK)
and
nsh_spifi_initialize();
which generaterd a new warning: "warning: statement with no effect [-Wunused-value]". This commit fixes that warning.
Description:
Fix two warnings found in build testing: (1) Need to include nuttx/semaphore.h
from prototype of nxsem_post() and (2) need to initialize return value of function.

Add Imxrt usdhc insert or remove detection (#43)

This commit fixes a compilation error that occurs when enabling the
following configuration items for stm32f7 and stm32h7 architectures:
CONFIG_DEBUG_FEATURES=y
CONFIG_DEBUG_ERROR=y
CONFIG_DEBUG_WARN=y
CONFIG_DEBUG_INFO=y
CONFIG_DEBUG_IRQ=y
CONFIG_DEBUG_IRQ_ERROR=y

And the compiler error for stm32h7:

define, which seems to be consistent with the rest of the code in
Nuttx.
