a64903acc7 samv7: adds support for QSPI driver in SPI Mode
This commit adds new files that support functionality of QSPI driver in
SPI Master Mode. This functionality is included in new files sam_qspi_spi.x
to avoid too much mess in the source code. QSPI in SPI mode can be turn
on by config option SAMV7_QSPI_SPI_MODE.

3097f62511 Revert "lib/netdb: Change the default NETDB_DNSCLIENT_NAMESIZE to NAME_MAX"
This reverts commit 3724f6be55.

Because there is no real correlation between DNS namesize and NAME_MAX
as far as I know. The former is about network and the latter is about
filesystem. While they might happen to be similar values for
some configurations, it's very confusing to use them this way.

d1ebdf6e65 fix: nxstyle: fix a bug after "'\'"
When nxstyle.c detects a "\'", it seeks the other "\'", records the index as "endndx", then skip the "'x'". But it makes the index "n" as "endndx+1".Then it comes to the "n++" in "for()". So the character after "'x'" will be skipped, causing some errors.
For example, "{"devid", no_argument, NULL, 'i'},", the "}" will be skipped, causing a lot of error reports.
Now it's fixed.

2abe1e9282 configure/sethost: Add BSD host (-B switch) + MAKECMD (make vs gmake).
This patch adds -B switch to select BSD host platforms.

Linux uses GNU Make as default, command is `make`.
BSD uses BSD Make as default, command is also `make`.
BSD can also use GNU Make, but the command is `gmake`.
This patch uses `make` on GNU platforms and `gmake` on BSD platforms.

f74c6f7f5b boards/esp32: Transform SPI Flash FS deps into reverse deps
Currently, when no file system is selected, the "choice" lists zero
entries, which is very confusing to the user. To handle this, the
"choice" options have their dependencies ("depends on") transformed into
reverse dependencies ("select").

925e8f9d54 boards/esp32: Optionally mount SPI Flash MTD on bring-up
Give the user the option to simply register the SPI Flash MTD as a
device node on /dev.
Currently, this is achievable only when SmartFS (which is the default FS
option) is disabled by force. This behavior is fixed by using the
"optional" Kconfig keyword, which makes the "choice" selectable.

9d8f7126f6 armv7-m,armv7-r,armv8-m:MPU Add mpu_reset and ARM_MPU_EARLY_RESET
When NuttX is booted from a foreign (non NuttX)
bootloader. There as a possibility that the
bootloader configured the MPU, in an
incompatible way for the NuttX memory usage.

The option to reset the MPU before it is initialized
may not succeed if the bss and data initialization
code violated the previous MPU configurations.

   Added herein are ARM_MPU_RESET and
ARM_MPU_EARLY_RESET. The former can be used
If the system is capable of booting and running
NuttX MPU configuration code without an MPU
violation. The latter is used if the system can
not run the bss and data initialization code.

These are options so that a NuttX may be configured to
not clobber a bootloader MPU configuration in a system
that is architected to share the MPU configuration task.
