This patch can boot `rv-virt/knsh64` and `rv-virt/knsh32` reported in
issue #12275 with qemu 6.2 target and OpenSBI v1.0 firmware on Ubuntu
22.04 host.

longer worked for older QEMU.

This revises vm_map_region() by accepting unaligned paddr, which is
aligned-down before mapping and in-page offset is then added to vaddr
before returning. It also moves vm_map_region() and vm_unmap_region()
to vm_region.c.

detection always needs more than one bit.

NuttSBI have a simple ecall interface for the kernel, which make
it hard to add new SBI call for NuttSBI. So implement standard
ecall interface for NuttSBI and make life easier.

1 sched_lock is very time-consuming, and reducing its invocations can improve performance.
2 sched_lock is prone to misuse, and narrowing its scope of use is to prevent people from referencing incorrect code and using it

With CONFIG_MMCSD_MULTIBLOCK_LIMIT not set. (No limit)
The DMA driver would overwrite the internal buffer.
By adding CONFIG_ARCH_HAVE_SDIO_PREFLIGHT and
CONFIG_FAT_DMAMEMORY we can insure alignment and
maximize performance using no CONFIG_MMCSD_MULTIBLOCK_LIMIT

In the gcc-riscv compiler, __builtin_ffs will call ffs, and calling __builtin_ffs in ffs will cause recursion
Change ffs to an inline function, and compile ffs implemented by nuttx by default.
Only call the implementation of nuttx when the compiler cannot provide an ffs implementation.

Using user allocated buffers for DMA transfers is not safe for two reasons:
- User space memory is virtual memory, DMA needs physical memory
- User memory buffer alignment cannot be guaranteed -> cache line ops
are not safe
Add a simple allocator for DMA safe memory. It will provide contiguous
blocks of memory with D-Cache line size alignment.
NOTE: The optimal granule size is the D-Cache line size (64), but due
to restrictions in the granule allocator this would result in a maximum
block size of 2K only, thus use 256B granules instead givin 8K max block
size.
Once the granule allocator is fixed this limitation can be removed.
`;` is treated as a list separator in CMake.
the file(STRING) function will read the wrong .config value
string(REGEX REPLACE) will also incorrectly handle lines containing `;`
so here we can only parse character by character.

Option CONFIG_SENSORS_QENCODER might be configured even if SAMv7 qencoder
over timer counter is not used (for example encoder over GPIO is selected
with CONFIG_SAMV7_GPIO_ENC). This can cause compile warnings, also build
of sam_qencoder.c file is unnecessary in that case.
New hidden option CONFIG_SAMV7_QENCODER is added and automatically
selected if at least one timer counter is enabled for qencoder. Build
is triggered on this option.

PWMx_CHy_LONLY options have been added to Kconfig, too.
If LONLY is selected, it's not possible to use complementary outputs.
If LONLY is not selected, it's possible to use H or complementary
output. If configured correctly with cpol and dcpol attributes,
a H-like behaviour can be achieved. May be useful when you run out
of free MCU pins.

These configs are changed based on below rules.
1. always enable +CONFIG_LV_USE_NUTTX=y
2. If touchpad is used, enable +CONFIG_LV_USE_NUTTX_TOUCHSCREEN=y
3. enable log by +CONFIG_LV_USE_LOG=y
4. If -CONFIG_LV_MEM_CUSTOM=y previously defined, replace it with +CONFIG_LV_USE_CLIB_MALLOC=y +CONFIG_LV_USE_CLIB_SPRINTF=y +CONFIG_LV_USE_CLIB_STRING=y
5. If -CONFIG_LV_PORT_USE_FBDEV=y, default config is for fbdev. If -CONFIG_LV_PORT_USE_LCDDEV=y, +CONFIG_LV_USE_NUTTX_LCD=y
6. Remove all -CONFIG_LV_TICK_CUSTOM=y -CONFIG_LV_TICK_CUSTOM_INCLUDE="port/lv_port_tick.h"
7. If -CONFIG_LV_PORT_LCDDEV_DOUBLE_BUFFER=y, replace it with CONFIG_LV_NUTTX_LCD_DOUBLE_BUFFER=y. For fbdev, double buffer is automatically detected.
8. If -CONFIG_LV_COLOR_16_SWAP=y, need to upgrade the LCD driver to support hardware byte order swap.
