cb9e3c2bb9 Set the GPIO_SPEED_50MHz on all F2 and F4 SPI pin configurations. This is based on an F411 SPI1 errata but the fixed is generalized to all SPI and all F2 and F4 (let me know if this introduces any other issues). d2cf8395f9 stm32: rename spi frame format definition 
This renames the stm32 spi frame format definition to the short description
name as well as the other cr2 register flags.

Note! STM32_SPI3_FRF was never used by nuttx somewhere
