6fdf68e661 Remove all configuration variable documentation from configs/README.txt and Docuemntation/NuttXPortingGuidle.html. The current NuttX configuration is documented in Kconfig files and in Documentation/NuttXSonfigVariables.html. 8c1b31e600 STM32 SDIO DMA: Ignore DMA FIFO errors; these seem to be bogus. SD multiple block transfers result in CRC errors; avoid them by using smaller FTP buffer sizes
