8f39c5f11b driver/sensor: simplify buffer operation 
1.Simplify buffer opeations to avoid frequent resize for batch and no-batch mode.
2.When sensor event is first generated, the buffer is initialized.
3.Remove and merge batch_number to buffer_number when device support batch mode.

0cef7b765e binfmt: Fix memory leak in ELF loader 
Summary:
- I noticed that the hello (ELF) application causes a memory leak.
- Finally, I found that the data section is not deallocated.
- This commit fixes this issue.

Impact:
- ELF loader with CONFIG_ARCH_ADDRENV=n

Testing:
- Tested with the following configs
  - sprensense:elf, esp32-devkitc:elf, sabre-6quad:elf
  - spresense:wifi_smp, rv-virt:nsh64, sabre-6quad:netnsh

fb0fdea4d4 include/nuttx/lcd: change meaning of buffer argument for putarea 
The putarea documentation originally suggested that provided buffer
contains just the rectangle to be updated.
The commit 664d45dcba changed the expected
behavior for lcd_framebuffer but failed to propagate this change to the
driver's documentation. Now the expected behavior is that the whole
frame is passed in buffer and it is driver's responsibility to pick the
correct pixels according to the provided rectangle coordinates.

This change requires update of the LCD drivers if they implement this
function.

903a186304 Use builtins for byteswapping 
Make use of XCHG/BSWAP on x86, REV16 and REV on ARMv6-m and above,
and whatever other optimized instructions on other platforms.

Defines extra CONFIG variables, and removes the unused functions for
endian-swapping. Fixes some oversights in using the macros.

9140693567 Add lcd_dev_s pointer to lcd_planeinfo_s 
In order to support multiple LCD instances per board, add a pointer from
lcd_planeinfo_s to the lcd_dev_s which it belongs to.  Also enhance the
putrun, getrun, putarea and getarea methods to pass through the
lcd_dev_s pointer to the respective device driver.

Port all LCD device drivers to this lcd_planeinfo_s extension.

Enhance SSD1306 driver to support multiple LCDs.

For CONFIG_BUILD_KERNEL using the sched/task/task_exithook implementation
will just not work. It calls user code with kernel privileges which is
a bit of a security issue.

7a6253cb89 arch/arm/samv7: Fix PWM operation for single channel mode 
The current SAMv7 PWM driver assumes that all PWM channels should
work in sync mode, but that is a partial case of a generic PWM
driver operation.

Start SAMv7 PWM channels in async mode. The sync mode should be
implemeted either using ioctl command or via a separate Kconfig
option.

b1d92159fa sched: Remove task_delete in case of CONFIG_BUILD_KERNEL 
Deleting a task from another task's context will not do, so shut
this gate down for BUILD_KERNEL. In this case if a task wants another
task to terminate, it must ask the other task to politely kill itself.

Note: kthreads still need this, also, the kernel can delete a task
without asking.

9af8b740e6 Elf loader: give temporary write access to user .text memory 
When the .elf file is loaded from disk, the kernel must be given write
access to the allocated .text section in the task's address environment.

The access is removed after the elf is loaded and relocations are done.

NOTE:
The reason this works for the ARM implementation, is that the ARM MMU
can be configured to give write access for the privileged mode, but
revoke write access for the user mode.

Regardless, it would be smart to revoke write access even for the
kernel, when the kernel does not need it. This framework allows doing
that, if someone wishes to take up the task.

4c1b66246d env_dup: Fix copying of env between address environments 
If address environments are in use, it is not possible to simply
memcpy from from one process to another. The current implementation
of env_dup does precisely this and thus, it fails at once when it is
attempted between two user processes.

The solution is to use the kernel's heap as an intermediate buffer.
This is a simple, effective and common way to do a fork().

Obviously this is not needed for kernel processes.

50578dc501 Fix the initial idle tasks environment 
- User mode allocator was used for setting up the environment. This
  works in flat mode and probably in protected mode as well, as there
  is always a a single user allocator present
- This does not work in kernel mode, where each user task has its own
  heap allocator. Also, when the idle tasks environment is being set,
  no allocator is ready and the system crashes at once.

Fix this by using the group allocators instead:
- Idle task is a kernel task, so its group is privileged
- Add group_realloc
- Use the group_malloc/realloc functions instead of kumm_malloc

fbf05db906 fix up_tls_info define for BUILD_KERNEL 
Summary:
- In case of BUILD_KERNEL, NuttX uses USR mode sp and SVC mode sp.
- The kernel runs on SVC mode sp.
- While the kernel is running, up_getsp() cannot get the TLS address.
- The kernel requires tls_get_info() function.
- For the user land, up_getsp() can be used.
- tls_getinfo.c is always compiled and tls_get_info() function is
  filtered by macros in the tls_getinfo.c.

Impact:
BUILD_KERNEL

Testing:
test program on custom Cortex-A9 board (BUILD_KERNEL)
ostest on sabre-6quad:smp (QEMU, BUILD_FLAT)

41c95da594 register_driver: fix driver modes accross the code 
State of problem:
 - Some drivers that do not support write operations (does not
   have write handler or ioctl do not perform any write actions)
   are registered with write permissions
 - Some drivers that do not support read operation (does not
   have read handler or ioctl do not perform any read actions)
   are registered with read permissions
 - Some drivers are registered with execute permissions

Solution:
 - Iterate code where register_driver() is used and change 'mode'
   parameter to reflect the actual read/write operations executed
   by a driver
 - Remove execute permissions from 'mode' parameter

0a37744826 Fix jlink-nuttx build with GCC 10.2 
The packed-attribute on the tcb_info_s type was misplaced, which caused
incompatible memory layout between host and target.  According to
current GCC documentation:

> You may specify type attributes in an enum, struct or union type
> declaration or definition by placing them immediately after the struct,
> union or enum keyword.  You can also place them just past the closing
> curly brace of the definition, but this is less preferred because
> logically the type should be fully defined at the closing brace.

I also added jlink-nuttx.so to the .gitignore list and updated nxstyle
to ignore the camel case function names required by JLinkGDBServer.

764fc7ef5e fix: sensor: ppg of dual- and quad-channel sensor types 
Some PPG devices have 4 ADCs to output quad-channel PPG values while some of them only have 2 ADCs to output dual-channel PPG.
To deal the case above, the type PPGD(PPG of Dual-channel) takes the place of former type PPG, which also have 2-channel PPG outputs. Type PPGQ (PPG of Quad-channel) is new for 4-ADC-PPG. Both types have contained new data "gain" to indicate ADC gains of each PPG channel, for the reason that the gains may vary during automatical optical adjustments.

48311cc61f Fix unaligned memory access when creating ICMP Port Unreachable messages 
commit 3b69d09c80 corrected the
unreachable handling for net/udp/icmp but introduced an unaligned store.
This splits the uint32_t data field into a two element uint16_t data

d20bd62e08 libc/allsyms: Load all symbols for debugging 
let the nuttx print out symbolic crash information and
symbolic stack backtraces. This increases the size of the nuttx

36fbedcbfc net/devif/devif_callback.c: corrected the connection event list to work as FIFO instead of LIFO. 
In case of enabled packet forwarding mode, packets were forwarded in a reverse order
because of LIFO behavior of the connection event list.
The issue exposed only during high network traffic. Thus the event list started to grow
that resulted in changing the order of packets inside of groups of several packets
like the following: 3, 2, 1, 6, 5, 4, 8, 7 etc.

Remarks concerning the connection event list implementation:
* Now the queue (list) is FIFO as it should be.
* The list is singly linked.
* The list has a head pointer (inside of outer net_driver_s structure),
  and a tail pointer is added into outer net_driver_s structure.
* The list item is devif_callback_s structure.
  It still has two pointers to two different list chains (*nxtconn and *nxtdev).
* As before the first argument (*dev) of the list functions can be NULL,
  while the other argument (*list) is effective (not NULL).
* An extra (*tail) argument is added to devif_callback_alloc()
  and devif_conn_callback_free() functions.
* devif_callback_alloc() time complexity is O(1) (i.e. O(n) to fill the whole list).
* devif_callback_free() time complexity is O(n) (i.e. O(n^2) to empty the whole list).
* devif_conn_event() time complexity is O(n).
