4a8fbd8817 USB host: More fixes from last changes.. MSC block read and write must again return number of blocks on success. Fix numerous places where the assumption the ret == OK means success. 1380945a13 USB hub: Add a configuration option to fallback to polling mode if the the HCD async method does not work. Don't call DRVR_CANCEL twice, and certainly not from the interrupt level.
