This commit brings 3 fixes/improvements applied to the Kconfig options
for SPI Flash file system support on board bring-up:
- (925e8f9) Optionally mount SPI Flash MTD on bring-up
- (f74c6f7) Transform SPI Flash FS deps into reverse deps
- (9056cab) Select MTD_SMART if SmartFS is selected for SPI Flash MTD

Currently, when no file system is selected, the "choice" lists zero
entries, which is very confusing to the user. To handle this, the
"choice" options have their dependencies ("depends on") transformed into
reverse dependencies ("select").
Signed-off-by: Gustavo Henrique Nihei <gustavo.nihei@espressif.com>
Give the user the option to simply register the SPI Flash MTD as a
device node on /dev.
Currently, this is achievable only when SmartFS (which is the default FS
option) is disabled by force. This behavior is fixed by using the
"optional" Kconfig keyword, which makes the "choice" selectable.

This adds DDR training. The training has a small chance of failing,
and then the training is restarted.
DDR training cannot be done meaningfully while the software is
in DDR. If the system is intended to run from eNVM, like a
bootloader, the linker script should be tuned to utilize the envm
region as follows:
envm (rx) : ORIGIN = 0x20220100, LENGTH = 128K - 256
l2lim (rwx) : ORIGIN = 0x08000000, LENGTH = 1024k
256 bytes are reserved for the system; The fixed block may be
installed from the 'hart-software-services' -repository:
https://github.com/polarfire-soc/hart-software-services.git
For example, the 256-byte image: hss-envm-wrapper-bm1-dummySbic.bin
may be prepended on the nuttx bootloader image in the following
manner:
cat hss-envm-wrapper-bm1-dummySbic.bin > nuttx_bootloader.bin
cat nuttx.bin >> nuttx_bootloader.bin
riscv64-unknown-elf-objcopy -I binary -O ihex --change-section-lma
*+0x20220000 nuttx_bootloader.bin flashable_image.hex
This provides an image 'flashable_image.hex' that may be flashed on
the eNVM region via Microsemi Libero tool.

When SIM_SPI is valid, a specified Linux SPI device ‘spidevN.P’(N is bus number and P is CS number) is attached to nuttx simulator, shown as 'spi0' under /dev. One may type spi command (need SPITOOL valid) in NSH to control the Linux SPI and exchange data, other devices such sensors can use it to debug in simulator on a Ubuntu PC. Note that a USB<>SPI module (e.g. CH341A/B) should be plugged in to achieve Linux SPI ports.

When trying to reproduce a reported issue with telnetd,
it took me a bit to find out a working config with telnetd.
I don't want to repeat the process again in future.
OTOH, I don't feel it's worth to have a separate config for this.
Enable a few things convenient for testing network stuff
- telnetd
- iperf
- NET_STATISTICS
- Bump NET_NACTIVESOCKETS
Stack related
- Enable interrupt stack
- Tweak stack sizes
- STACK_COLORATION
- SYSTEM_STACKMONITOR
Debug stuff
- Enable assertions
- Enable some WARN/ERROR logs
Misc
- Disable C++ as it does nothing for the rest of the config and
it's expensive (involving a download of the library)
Summary:
- I noticed that the RNDIS networking is unstable when running
nxplayer + command execution via telnet
- This commit is a workaround to fix this issue by disabling
CONFIG_TCP_WRITE_BUFFERS. Also, CONFIG_SENDFILE_BUFSIZE is
increased to improve the webserver performance.
Impact:
- spresense:rndis_smp only
Testing:
- Tested with nxplayer, telnetd and webserver

BOARDIOC_SWITCH_BOOT is required to communicate the boot partition from
userspace (OTA subsystem) to board. It can be used to change the system
boot behavior. So it's useful for A/B boot or even single boot case.
For the board support A/B boot case:
1. Download the new image from the sever
2. Write the new image to the alternative partition
3. Call BOARDCTL_SWITCH_BOOT to the alternative system
For single boot partition case:
1. Download the new image from the sever
2. Call BOARDCTL_SWITCH_BOOT and reboot to a small system
3. Write the new image to the main partition in the small system
4. Call BOARDCTL_SWITCH_BOOT again to the main system

The patch
Make: use gcc as LD
introduced use of GCC wrapper as linker. LD variable references GCC
executable now. But when GCC wrapper s used to build relocatable
loadable objects (ELF executables and modules) then it causes
linking of toolchain default libc and other libraries even when -r
is usd. Another problem is that incorrect multiarch variant is selected
for libraries search and possibly even for LTO or C++ templates
instantiating and other glue code which causes fails during linking
if CFLAGS selects non/default miltiarch variant.
Corresponding CFLAGS are passed to LDMODULEFLAGS and LDELFFLAGS
as well as -nostartfiles -nodefaultlibs options.
Separate line is used to easily find and adjust lines if link
process is changed in future.
