This commit adds documentation for compiling NuttX for pysimCoder and
then running pysimCoder designed applications on NuttX. PysimCoder is
a Rapid Control Application Development Tool that can transfer block
diagrams into C code and can be used in real time control applications.

Documentation/reference/os/wqueue.rst:
* Fix spelling, grammar, and typos.
* Improve wording in a few areas.
* Re-wrap the paragraphs that were modified.
Documentation/reference/os/wqueue.rst:
* CONFIG_SIG_SIGWORK: Fix sentence that was cut off in the
middle.
include/signal.h:
* SIGWORK: Fix grammar in comment.
sched/Kconfig:
* config SIG_SIGWORK: Fix ---help--- text to indicate that
this user-configured signal number may be used by various
internal worker threads.
It's better to save one argument by returning pid directly.
This change also follow the convention of task_create.
BTW, it is reasonable to adjust the function prototype a
little bit from both implementation and consistency since
task_spawn is NuttX specific API.

When CONFIG_SYMTAB_ORDEREDBYNAME is selected most code will use
the ordered search function. When it is not selected no code will
use the ordered search function. This change merges the two
functions and varies its behaviour based on the config setting,
such that all callers can simply call the one search function
and get the best behaviour.
An additional configuration option allows leading underscores to
be stripped from symbols being relocated in loaded objects. This
allows toolchains which prefix C symbol with underscores to make
loadable ELF objects.
wget is missing from some system (like macOS and Windows native),
it's better to use curl to simplify build environment.

Follow the POSIX description.
SIGTSTP should be sent when the Ctrl-Z characters is encountered, not SIGSTP.
Testing:
Built with hifive1-revb:nsh (CONFIG_SERIAL_TERMIOS=y, CONFIG_SIG_DEFAULT=y and CONFIG_TTY_SIGTSTP=y)
- Add mentions to SWD
- Sony's OpenOCD fork no longer needed since Nuttx support was merged upstream
on http://openocd.zylin.com/#/c/4103/. Recommended to build from source or use
one of the unofficial, more recent builds.
- Amazon link for Olimex adapter was no longer available so removed.
- Reordered and some parts rewritten
In some cases, when NuttX configuration changes and this makes the
object list used to build one of the .a libraries change as well,
since the command used to build it is "ar crs" and this simply appends
the list of object files, the library could still include object
files from prior builds. This commit modifies the ARCHIVE macro to
erase the .a file if it already exists.
Since in some cases this behavior was actually expected (object
files from a subdirectory were appended to a library created one
level above) I added a ARCHIVE_ADD which works as ARCHIVE did.
This change should greatly improve behavior of building after
configuration changes.
1.Reduce the default size of task_group_s(~512B each task)
2.Scale better between simple and complex application

Documentation/NuttXCCodingStandard.html:
- Fix a typo: "be aligned so that the comment begins in the same comment on each line." Of course that should have been column.
- Update a coding standard requirement. With regard to Comments to the Right of Statements, the document said: "If such comments are used, they should ... fit on one line." This is not true any more. In common practice (include the checks in nxstyle), comments to the right of statements may be continued in the following line. The standard way of continuing such comments was also documented.
In this case the coding standard actually contradicted iteself since first it says the that the comments to the right must fit on one line, but later illustrates (without description) how to continue a long right hand comment on the following line.
Documents/style.css: It appears that a variable width font was being used for <pre> and <code>, that was really screwing up the presentation, especially in the coding standared where there are many examples illustrating correct vertical alignment. The font type "Bitstream Vera Sans Mono" was replaced with "courier" for <pre> and <code>
All parts in the STM32H7x3xx family have the same pinmap, etc.,
so extending support to all members of the family required only
minimal changes: Adding them to Kconfig, extending some
preprocessor logic, and minor code changes.
arch/arm/src/stm32h7/Kconfig:
* Add explicit support for all microcontrollers in the
STM32H7x3xx family by adding support for:
- STM32H743AG
- STM32H743AI
- STM32H743BG
- STM32H743BI
- STM32H743IG
- STM32H743II
- STM32H743VG
- STM32H743VI
- STM32H743XG
- STM32H743XI
- STM32H743ZG
- STM32H753AI
- STM32H753BI
- STM32H753VI
- STM32H753XI
- STM32H753ZI
* Fix TODO items for IO_CONFIG (all STM32H7X3XX).
* Because 100-pin parts lack GPIO ports F and G, but have
port H, create the new hidden configs STM32H7_HAVE_GPIOF
and STM32H7_HAVE_GPIOG.
* STM32H7_STM32H7X3XX:
- Select STM32H7_HAVE_GPIOF and STM32H7_HAVE_GPIOG only
when not STM32H7_IO_CONFIG_V (100-pin part).
- STM32H7_STM32H7X3XX: select STM32H7_HAVE_SPI5 for all
IO configs except V (100-pin part), which doesn't expose
SPI5 due to pin count.
* STM32H7_STM32H7X7XX: Always select STM32H7_HAVE_GPIOF and
STM32H7_HAVE_GPIOG because we aren't adding more part
numbers in this family.
* Remove extraneous (duplicate) "bool" and "default n"
lines.
* config STM32H7_FMC: Fix indent (contents were indented
with spaces while rest of file uses tabs).
arch/arm/include/stm32h7/chip.h:
* Extend preprocessor logic to add support for the new
MCU part numbers.
* Expand table of differences between family members.
* Define STM32H7_NGPIO based on IO_CONFIGs decided in Kconfig.
* If IO config is not known, issue compile-time #error
with grep-friendly "CONFIG_STM32H7_IO_CONFIG_x Not Set."
Suggested by davids5.

CONFIG_STM32H7_HAVE_GPIOF or CONFIG_STM32H7_HAVE_GPIOG.
arch/arm/src/stm32h7/stm32_gpio.c:
* stm32_configgpio(): When applicable, make sure we're not
trying to configure one of the missing ports.
* Fix nxstyle complains (wrong end of line comment position
and several long lines). No functional changes.
* g_gpiobase[]: Init base address for ports F and G according to
CONFIG_STM32H7_HAVE_GPIOF and CONFIG_STM32H7_HAVE_GPIOG.
* stm32_configgpio(): Replace complicated check with g_gpiobase[]
null check. Suggested by davids5.
* stm32_gpiowrite() and stm32_gpioread(): Add previously missing
null check of g_gpiobase[].
arch/arm/src/stm32h7/stm32_gpio.h:
* Wrap the defines GPIO_PORTA, GPIO_PORTB, GPIO_PORTC, GPIO_PORTD,
GPIO_PORTE, GPIO_PORTF, GPIO_PORTG, GPIO_PORTH, GPIO_PORTI,
GPIO_PORTJ, and GPIO_PORTK in conditional logic so that the
compiler will prevent use of ports that do not exist on the
target MCU.
* Fix nxstyle complaints.
Documentation/NuttX.html:
* Remove copy-and-pasted anchor for stm32f76xx77xx.
* Correct link to README.txt for Nucleo-H743ZI board,
formerly on BitBucket, now on GitHub.
* Add list item for STMicro STM32H747I-DISCO board.

The SDIO interface structure includes fields with names like recvR1 and others. These cause "Mixed case identifier" errors from nxstyle in all places they are uses.
This change performs a mass substition of recvR with recv_r to correct this coding standard violation.

And remove syslog_init_e because all initialization is later now and we don't
distinguish the initialition phase anymore after ramlog don't need special
initialize.
Because we can get the same function by CONSOLE_SYSLOG/syslog_console_init.
BTW, it isn't a good choice to use g_ramlogfops as /dev/console since nsh
will read back what it send out which will surprise most people.

This change was motivated by the presence of the mkimage.sh file under tools. That is the tool that created the RRLOAD binary format. That bash script has a GPL license and, hence, may not be included in an Apache-licensed project.
It appears Yann Morin's kconfig-frontends project has gone offline and
the website at http://ymorin.is-a-geek.org/projects/kconfig-frontends
is not responding. Until we can identify a "proper" upstream project,
use the snapshot in NuttX tools repository.
