esp32: Bump NAME_MAX where CONFIG_ESP32_WIFI_SAVE_PARAM=y
...
CONFIG_ESP32_WIFI_SAVE_PARAM seems to use a bit long names
on the filesystem.
eg. "wifi.nvs.net80211.sta.scan_method", which is 33 characters long.
