c33d1c9c97 sched/task/fork: add fork implementation 
1. as we can use fork to implement vfork, so we rename the vfork to
fork, and use the fork method as the base to implement vfork method
2. create the vfork function as a libc function based on fork

884be2bdb9 assert: Distinguish between assert and exception 
CURRENT_REGS may change during assert handling, so pass
in the 'regs' parameter at the entry point of _assert.

5d12e350da pic32mx: add option to disable JTAG at runtime 
Add a new option to optionally disable JTAG at runtime.  Defaults to enabling
JTAG at runtime as that is the state the processor comes up in.

3f67c67aaf arch: Fix the stack boundary calculation and check 
All supported arch uses a push-down stack:
The stack grows toward lower addresses in memory. The stack pointer
register points to the lowest, valid working address (the "top" of
the stack). Items on the stack are referenced as positive(include zero)
word offsets from sp.
Which means that for stack in the [begin, begin + size):
1.The initial SP point to begin + size
2.push equals sub and then store
3.pop equals load and then add
