This revises canm230:pnsh in a few ways:
- adjusting linker scripts structure,
- asserting PMP setting results,
- adjusting configs for both k230d and k230 devices.

This does the following:
1. Fetches mkimage_imx8 (same used with imx9) source code
2. Fetches the ELE / AHAB binary
3. Extracts the ELE / AHAB binary
4. Compiles the mkimage with hostcc
5. Utilizes the mkimage tool to create a bootable SD image,
combining the ELE / AHAB image with the NuttX bootloader
6. dd is used to prepend empty space in place of BL31
7. Outputs sdimage.img which is a bootable binary
8. Removes all binaries, sources code images that have been
downloaded

The DIRSEC_BYTENDX(f, i) is supposed to have DIRSEC_NDXMASK(f) in its expansion instead of DIRSEC_NDXMASK(fs). It went unnoticed in the codebase as DIRSEC_BYTENDX(fs, idx) is the way it is used, and it leads to a similar expansion as desired, and thus it has worked till now without any issues from this.

This patch add an example and pyhton base modules:
1.add memdump.py is an example to analyze memory
usage by python script.
2.add The most basic data structure analysis, like list, etc.
future ideas:
Maybe we can add modules related to "sched, drivers, arch, fs.." to
automatically analyze scripts to debug some problems

This PR updates the dependencies for `dirlinks` so they're all real files. This allows `dirlinks` rule to not have to be rerun every time.
This PR also changes the name from `dirlinks` to `.dirlinks`, since a file named `.dirlinks` is created to denote that all symlinks have been created
Changes:
* tools/link.sh
* link.sh now detects broken symlinks. Previously, it would return `0` if the symlink existed, but didn't point to anything.
* tools/Makefile.unix
* Added dependencies to symlinks as order-only prerequisites. See https://www.gnu.org/software/make/manual/html_node/Prerequisite-Types.html
* Removed `touch` from symlink recipes by specifying them as order only prerequisites.
* Check Kconfig variables before adding directories as symlinks
* Added rule for `$(TOPDIR)/arch/dummy/Kconfig`
* Added rule for `$(ARCH_SRC)/board/board`
* Added pattern rule (similar to `CONTEXTDIRS_DEPS`) for external folder dirlink dependencies
* Use $(APPDIR) instead of $(CONFIG_APPS_DIR), since on line 64 $(APPDIR) is validated and `realpath` is called on the path
* Added a rule `clean_dirlinks` to cleanup the symlinks in the correct order
* .gitignore
* Added ignore rule for `.dirlinks`
Testing
Step 1: configure nuttx:
```
$ (cd tools && ./configure.sh -a ../incubator-nuttx-apps stm32f3discovery:nsh)
```
part of the configure step ends up calling `.dirlinks`.
Step 2: We can confirm that `.dirlinks` doesn't need to be run again by running with the question flag: `--question`
```
$ make .dirlinks --question
$ echo $?
0
```
Step 3: confirm `make` succeeds.
```
make
```
These changes are from this PR: https://github.com/apache/incubator-nuttx/pull/5069
However I felt they were better as a stand only change.
The `.clean_context` dependency didn't make sense. It was a workaround to ensure that `context` was cleaned when the `.config` changed.
Rather than having a work around, this PR ensures that `clean_context` is run when the `olddefconfig` target is run
Verified locally by running: `tools/testbuild.sh -j 100 -e '-Wno-cpp -Werror' tools/ci/testlist/arm-01.dat`
This pull request improves the dependencies for Makefile.unix::context rule.
* `include/math.h`, `include/float.h`, `include/stdarg.h`, `include/setjmp.h` are only added to `context`'s dependency if the Kconfig value is set. This prevents `context` from trying to make `include/math.h` only to find out there's no command to create the file.
* Instead of executing $(CONTEXTDIRS) in a for loop in the `context` rule, $(CONTEXTDIRS) are added as a dependency to `context` and a rule is created to create the targets. Real files are used, to prevent needlessly rebuilding the same `context` over and over and over again.
* Instead of making the directory `staging`, add it as an order-only dependency for `context`. this ensures the directory is only created if it doesn't exist.
Tested by running:
```
(cd tools && ./configure.sh -a ../incubator-nuttx-apps stm32f3discovery:nsh)
make context
```

An empty extension for sed -i is not widely available.
* Where it isn't available (eg. macOS's sed) "sed -i -e" will
create a backup file with the "-e" suffix.
* Even GNU sed documentation says it's "not recommended".
This commit deals with it by:
* Replace it with a more appropriate tool (kconfig-tweak)
* Or, specify the extension (.bak)
This works by having the build system look for nuttx/external/Kconfig
to determine whether this directory is present or not. nuttx/external
is gitignored in order to be added by the final user but not to be
commited into the repo. Tipically this will by a symbolic link, just like
apps/external.
Inside external/ a Makefile should be placed with the same structure
than any nuttx/ subdirectory (eg: nuttx/drivers/). The
nuttx/external/Kconfig will be sourced and any options defined there will
appear at the bottom of menuconfig (unless options are conditioned on
menus, in which case they will appear accordingly).
The purpose is to allow arch/board independent code, which for any
reason is not to be upstreamed (propietary, not relevant for mainline,
testing, etc), to be built into the OS during OS building stage. This
way the user does not need to fork the NuttX repo to do so. This feature
complements well with external apps and custom board support.
.d directories are common for holding config and init scripts.
They are being ignored with the global *.d pattern which is meant to
ignore Make dependency files.
Remove boards/arm/sama5/sama5d3-xplained/boot/uImage that can in inadvertantly with a PR merge.
Also, change "/uImage" to just "uImage" in the top-level .gitignore file so that all occurences of uImage will be ignored, not just versions in the nuttx/ top-level directory.
