15b90de919 NSH initialization now calls boardctl(BOARDIOC_INIT) instead of board_app_initaliaze. Modify all configurations: Make sure that CONFIG_LIB_BOARDCTL=y appears wherever CONFIG_NSH_ARCHINIT=y appears. Remove support for CONFIG_NSH_ARCHMAC. 9a621066de SAM4 Ethernet Driver: No supports operation using the high priority work queue so that packet processing can occur outside of interrupt level processing. 
SAM4E-EK: The nsh configuration now configures the Ethernet driver for execution on the HP work thread.
