The BIT macro is widely used in NuttX,
and to achieve a unified strategy,
we have placed the implementation of the BIT macro
in bits.h to simplify code implementation.

In order to support multiple LCD instances per board, add a pointer from
lcd_planeinfo_s to the lcd_dev_s which it belongs to. Also enhance the
putrun, getrun, putarea and getarea methods to pass through the
lcd_dev_s pointer to the respective device driver.
Port all LCD device drivers to this lcd_planeinfo_s extension.
Enhance SSD1306 driver to support multiple LCDs.

* Simplify EINTR/ECANCEL error handling
1. Add semaphore uninterruptible wait function
2 .Replace semaphore wait loop with a single uninterruptible wait
3. Replace all sem_xxx to nxsem_xxx
* Unify the void cast usage
1. Remove void cast for function because many place ignore the returned value witout cast
2. Replace void cast for variable with UNUSED macro
This change three things: (1) It adds HWFEAT_LSBFIRST as a new H/W feature. (2) It changes the implementations of SPI_SETBITS in the STM32 and EFM32 derivers so that negated bit numbers are simply errors and it adds the SPI_HWFEATURES method that can set the LSB bit order, and (3) It changes all calls with negative number of bits from all drivers: The number of bits is now always positive and SPI_HWFEATUREs is called with HWFEAT_LSBFIRST to set the bit order.
