5e01fe050a arch/sim: Copy include/nuttx/config.h to the local folder 
so the source code compiled by host environment can include config.h
directly and then avoid pass Kconfig option through Makefile manually

dc55968678 arch/sim: Don't construct global C++ objects before main 
otherwise the crash will happen because NuttX doesn't initialize yet

This reverts commit 79af7fbf4e.

Because:

* btashton reported some issues in local builds:

  https://github.com/apache/incubator-nuttx/pull/603#issuecomment-602264860

* this might be related to the current CI breakage:
