fec3bb2a0c boards: esp32-devkitc: Update wapi_smp/defconfig 
Summary:
- This commit adds several configs to test Wi-Fi networking

Impact:
- wapi_smp only

Testing:
- Tested with nfsmount, telnet, ping, webserver
- telnet + ping, nfsmount + ping work
- NOTE: nfs + telnet stress test might stop

28160823b6 arch/xtensa/esp32: ~6KB of memory at address 0x3ffae6f0 is not used by 
the ROM bootloader, add that to the heap as well.
