ligd 231ad202ee global change: repace sched_xfree() to kxmm_free()
Changes:
sched_xfree() => kxmm_free()
remove garbage related APIs
remove ARCH_HAVE_GARBAGE

Cause garbage feature move to mm_heap, then don't need
garbage anymore.
