Alin Jerpelea 014fe97877 NuttX: Matias Nitsche: update licenses to Apache
Matias Nitsche has submitted the ICLA and we can migrate the licenses
 to Apache.

Gregory Nutt has submitted the SGA and we can migrate the licenses
 to Apache.
