Gregory Nutt b49be4bb20 Squashed commit of the following:
arch/:  Removed all references to CONFIG_DISABLE_POLL.  The standard POSIX poll() can not longer be disabled.
    sched/ audio/ crypto/:  Removed all references to CONFIG_DISABLE_POLL.  The standard POSIX poll() can not longer be disabled.
