Alin Jerpelea c798076084 drivers: Author Sebastien Lorquet: update licenses to Apache
Sebastien Lorquet has submitted the ICL and we can migrate the licenses
 to Apache.

Gregory Nutt has submitted the SGA and we can migrate the licenses
