Changed all references to sem_getvalue in the OS to nxsem_getvalue(). sched/semaphore: Rename all internal private functions from sem_xyz to nxsem_xyz. It was used within inode_find(), but that means that the life of the data was the life of inode_find(). That data must persist longer.
