Squashed commit of the following: boards/arm/s32k1xx/s32k118evb/configs/nsh: Add a basic NSH configuration. boards/arm/s32k1xx/s32k118evb/scripts: Add linker scripts and Make.defs. configs/: Hook the S32K118EVB board into the configuration system. boards/arm/s32k1xx/s32k118evb: Add initial support for the NXP S32K118EVB.
