Summary: - I noticed that error happens in loading nettest elf application. - This commit fixes this issue by adding SYMTAB to the NSH as well as adjusting some parameters in CONFIG_ELF_XXX - Also, CONFIG_EXAMPLES_HELLO is changed from y to m for testing.
