Michael Jung ded8711261 libs/libc/dirent/: Added alphasort, scandir and DT_* defines
- Added an alphasort implementation
- Added a scandir implementation
- Added DT_* literals to include/dirent.h: Apparently those are not required by POSIX, but are part of 4.3BSD and available in glibc as well.

*
* Input Parameters:
* a - The first direntry to compare
* b - The second direntry to compare
