This adds NuttSBI support for rv-virt device so that to enable CI checks for NuttSBI later. It allows using `-bios nuttx` option to run NuttX with QEMU v6.2 w/o OpenSBI. Signed-off-by: Yanfeng Liu <yfliu2008@qq.com>
