ouyangxiangzhen f6e4ab25bd arch/x86_64: Support QEMU PVH ELF loader
Enabling CONFIG_ARCH_CHIP_INTEL64_PVH_BOOT will allow nuttx.elf loaded by QEMU -kernel parameter.
