Revert "aria2: fix issues with exceptions on ARM" 

Seems aria2 can be just rebuilt without `-lunwind -Wl,--exclude-libs=libunwind.a`.

This reverts commit 52683fb48d739d5721256734d5a9b168575dbfbf.
