poppler: fix fast-build problems

Error was:

CMake Error at /data/data/com.termux/files/usr/lib/cmake/openjpeg-2.3/OpenJPEGTargets.cmake:79 (message):
  The imported target "opj_decompress" references the file

     "/data/data/com.termux/files/usr/bin/opj_decompress"

  but this file does not exist.
