Leonid Pliushch 67887babce remove inactive maintainers from corresponding build.sh files 
Unspecify package maintainers who didn't submit any updates for their
packages during last 2 years.

 TERMUX_PKG_ESSENTIAL
 TERMUX_SUBPKG_ESSENTIAL
 TERMUX_PKG_NO_STATICSPLIT
 TERMUX_PKG_BUILD_IN_SRC
 TERMUX_PKG_FORCE_CMAKE
 TERMUX_PKG_HOSTBUILD

should not accept arbitrary values for marking them "enabled". Instead
they should accept boolean values which makes them easier to handle and
also makes their meaning clear.

build-package.sh should make decision based on variable's value but not on
whether it is set or empty.

Fredrik Fornwall 83d11d6e04 Update readline to v7 and bash to v4.4 
As a consequence of updating readline to version 7 we bump the
build revision of all packaging linking to it as the soname has
changed.

Fredrik Fornwall 4a9025e535 mathomatic: Minor changes 
- Enable readline.
- Remove .desktop files and icon not used in Termux.
- Compile with -DUSE_TGAMMA to remove warning and improve speed.
- Compile with -DBOLD_COLOR to improve color visibility.
