Remove traceroute from busybox and inetutils
...
We will provide traceroute as a symlink to tracepath so that it
works for non-root users.

inetutils: Add HAVE_DECL_GETPASS checks to ftp
...
Without the check for HAVE_DECL_GETPASS and declaring a local
function declaration the implicit int rule causes crashes on 64-bit
systems without getpass(3) such as Android.
Fixes #517 .

Update readline to v7 and bash to v4.4

As a consequence of updating readline to version 7 we bump the
build revision of all packaging linking to it as the soname has
changed.

Move ping6 from inetutils to instead use system
...
The ping6 binary needs setuid, so use the working system version
instead of installing a broken version for non-root users.
