Rebuild all packages with control.tar.gz
Bump the version of all old packages that contained a control.tar.gz
file - as of now only control.tar.xz is used. See #1398.

libsasl: Build with --disable-gssapi
This avoids trying to link in libgssapi if kerberas has been built.

Remove TERMUX_TAR and TERMUX_TOUCH
These can be removed now that OS X is not supported directly (OS X
users can still use Docker to build though).
Fixes #936.
