Fredrik Fornwall edc3049a03 clang: Split up into several packages 
Split up the previous clang package into:

- libllvm: lib/libLLVM.so
- libclang: lib/libclang.so
- clang: bin/clang and associated tools and symlinks
- llvm: The bin/llvm-* tools
