should not accept arbitrary values for marking them "enabled". Instead
they should accept boolean values which makes them easier to handle and
also makes their meaning clear.
build-package.sh should make decision based on variable's value but not on
whether it is set or empty.

It allows compiling binaries for another android variant on termux.
E.g. to compile for arm on aarch64 do:
clang -m32 -o 1 1.c -fuse-ld=lld -L/system/lib -B$PREFIX/arm-linux-androideabi/lib
Hopefully with the time -L and -B will be eliminated
