mariadb: Some build tweaks
...
- Build with system zlib instead of bundled
- Disable libbz2
- Fix build issues if cross compiled binaries of 'cat' and 'bison'
are in the path.

- Minor version update
- Remove gssapi plugin to avoid krb5 dependency
- Build with system libedit instead of outdated bundled readline
- Mark up dependency on ncurses
- Some formatting
