termux-keyring: generate an additional termux automatic builds key ...

I do not have the password of the current one, and it uses
contact@termux.com as email instead of contact@termux.org, so generate
an additional one to avoid disaster in case current github/fosshost
setup breaks.

We will have to wait a few months or so to allow users to obtain it
before starting to sign the repo with it.
