valgrind: use @Lzhiyong's align_fix.py to fix underaligned TLS segment 
Otherwise we get:

$ valgrind
error: "valgrind": executable's TLS segment is underaligned: alignment is 8, needs to be at least 64 for ARM64 Bionic
