OwlTestRunner

A test runner for it's usage for testing C.

Install system package manager build utilities if need-be. (Debian: sudo apt install -y build-essential)
Install Perl Build module from system package manager. (Debian: apt-get install libcpanplus-dist-build-perl)
Run cpan build .
Run cpan install .
