rename VipsStreamib as VipsBufis
...
The VipsStreamib (stream input buffered) was misleading -- it was
implemented on top of VipsStreami, but was not a subclass.
Rename as VipsBufis (buffered input stream). It's a silly name, but
easy to remember and reflects the purpose better,
